Construction
Adecco Norway recruits construction workers for major infrastructure projects across the Oslo region. We provide full employment contracts under Norwegian labour law with comprehensive benefits including 12% holiday pay, pension contributions, and tools provided. Projects include residential developments, commercial buildings, and infrastructure work.
Norwegian language basics are helpful but not required initially. Safety certification is provided upon arrival. This is a temporary position with strong potential for contract extensions based on performance and project needs.
Please note: All safety equipment and tools are provided. NOBB safety course is required and will be completed during onboarding.
Work environment: Outdoor and indoor construction sites in the Oslo region with modern safety protocols and equipment.
Private room accommodation in shared houses near work sites with full support.
