Experience authentic Italian farm life while managing organic crop production, coordinating agritourism activities, and supporting sustainable farming practices in Tuscany's renowned agricultural landscape.
This unique opportunity combines organic farm management with agritourism coordination, offering insights into Italy's farm-to-table movement and traditional agricultural methods. Work directly with Italian families in historic farmhouses while contributing to sustainable agriculture and cultural exchange programs.
Please note: This position requires flexibility to work with both agricultural operations and guest services, basic Italian language skills beneficial but not required.
Work environment: Historic Tuscan farmhouses with organic gardens, vineyards, and olive groves. Mix of agricultural work and hospitality services.
